DDF Listing Feed Now Available on BestForAgents Agent Websites
In fall 2012, CREA launched their Data Distribution Facility (DDF) with a goal of allowing REALTORS® to include a large number of MLS® listings on their websites. This allows participating brokerages to get broad exposure of their active listings and ensures that the listing data is up-to-date and accurate.
Best For Agents Inc. is proud to announce that our agent websites now allow DDF participants to include DDF listings in a Google-powered map-based listing search. This provides more properties of interest to keep visitors on your site longer, and also provides lead capture opportunities from listings from other participating brokerages.
Getting DDF listings on your agent or brokerage website is simple - just create a National Shared Pool website destination on CREA's DDF administration tool with BestForAgents™ as the technology contact and we'll do the rest. BestForAgents™ automatically refreshes listing content from the DDF onto your website with no effort on your part.

IDX Listing Feature
Thousands of listings published on your website automatically and your leads will have access without registration but still you can use our force registration tools to push your website visitor for registration before viewing more listings details. The TREB IDX is a feed which provides us access to listings for those offices which have joined into a listing sharing agreement with the Toronto Real Estate Board. These listings can be publicly visible on your website. As it stands about 55% of all listings on TREB are part of this feed.
VOW Listings Feature
With our VOW listings marketing system, your leads will have access to all TREB Listings. Your website will now be your leads’ primary source for listings searches. The TREB VOW (Virtual Office Website) feed gives us the ability to feed 100% of all listings that are on the board. There are some restrictions with this feed which require us to not show the listings to the general public, a visitor must be registered to your website & we must validate their email before we can show those the listings. Our website handles these restrictions and ensures that we are able to serve the listings properly.
DTA Listing Feature
The TREB DTA is a feed which allows us to pull your listings and/or your office listings to your website. If your office is not part of the IDX then using a DTA would be a good alternative.
